Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–20 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.
Do you ship to the US and Canada?
Yes — we ship to both the US and Canada as well as most countries worldwide. Shipping times may vary slightly by location.
I haven't received my tracking number yet.
Tracking numbers are sent within 3–5 business days of your order. Check your spam folder first. If it's been longer than 5 business days, email us at support@thr3ded.com and we'll look into it.
What size should I order?
We strongly recommend sizing up 1–2 sizes from what you'd normally wear. Every product page has a detailed size guide with height and waist measurements — check it before ordering.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges so please review the size guide carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at thr3deddenim@gmail.com with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
How do I wash my denim?
To keep your jeans looking their best, turn them inside out before washing. Wash cold on a gentle cycle. Avoid tumble drying — hang or lay flat to dry instead. This prevents shrinkage, colour fade, and fabric breakdown. The less you wash raw denim the better — spot clean when you can.
My jeans are stiff — is that normal?
Yes, especially for raw or heavyweight denim. This is a sign of quality. After a few wears and one wash they'll soften and start to mould to your shape. Raw denim is meant to be broken in — the stiffness fades into a fit that's uniquely yours.
How do I prevent my denim from fading?
Wash inside out in cold water. Avoid direct sunlight when drying. For raw indigo denim, minimal washing is actually ideal — the natural fade you develop over time from wearing is part of what makes the jean unique.
Will the colour bleed on my first wash?
Raw and dark wash denim can bleed slightly on the first wash. Wash alone or with similarly coloured items the first time. This is completely normal and settles after the first wash.
Can I get my jeans tailored?
Absolutely. Our jeans are cut with enough fabric that a tailor can easily hem the length or take in the waist. If you're between sizes we actually recommend sizing up and getting the waist taken in — it gives you a perfect fit for under $20 at most tailors.
