Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We put this policy in place because our jeans are sized carefully — every product page includes a detailed size guide and we strongly recommend sizing up 1–2 sizes from your usual before ordering. Please review this before purchasing.

The one exception — damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at thr3deddenim@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

European Union customers If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days by law. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds on approved claims Once we review your claim we'll notify you within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
